PRE-PRESS |
We currently use both the Mac and IBM platforms. We are capable of working with almost all graphic design programs including, Quark, Word, In-design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel, as well as Adobe Acrobat for PDF files, etc. Output is to a high end Scitex 26" Film Imagesetter. Conventional film is output on our Brown 20" X 24" Process camera. |

PRESS
ROOM |
Our main press is a Heidelberg MOZPS with Alcor dampening, a Refrigeration unit, and infrared dryers. It is a 20" X 26" sheetfed machine. Since this is a perfecting press (printing both side at once) as well as 2 color, we gain considerable economy which is passed on to our clients. Smaller jobs are we put on our 13" X 19" sheet fed with Kompac and Envelope stream feed. |

BINDERY |
Cutting: Polar Mohr 45"
micro-cut and angle cut machine with computer programming with
an automatic back guage. Folding: Baum folder 19” X 25” stream feed, with right angle and 3rd unit fold finisher. This folder can run an entire shift without stopping to reload. Drill: Challenge 3-hole drill. Stitching: Rosback 3-knife stitch
and trim, two heads, alternate stitch. Also, a manual stitcher for
extra thick applications. |

FINISHING |
Perforating, Scoring, Micro-perf, Padding, Computer numbering, round cornering, shrink wrapping and banding. |
